Tangible Results:

The PAVS™ Framework

The PAVS™ framework is designed to support your business and leadership teams in achieving growth, stability, or recovery. The framework has been developed in consultation with experienced C-suite executives focusing on four essential components of successful businesses. This structured approach ensures all critical areas of the business are addressed for long-term success.

The process consists of three key stages:

1. Qualification Meeting

This initial session determines whether Pop-Up CEO can provide the support, skills, and experience that you and your leadership team need to pave the way for your business over the next 90 days. Through a series of strategic questions, your business challenges and goals are assessed to determine if your organisation and Pop-Up CEO are a good fit. The meeting, typically 60–90 minutes long, is free of charge and conducted online.

2. Triple A (Access All Areas)

In this stage, Pop-Up CEO reviews the four essential components of your business that drive success.

People and Culture, Accountability and Performance, Vision and Strategy, Systems and Policies

This stage is entirely confidential and allows Pop-Up CEO access to examine these areas of your business. It may be done through face-to-face meetings, employee surveys or off-site review of documentation to identify actions to undertake to improve your business.

3. 84-Day Cycle

We then meet with you and your leadership team to review and prioritise the actions for improvement identified in the Triple A stage to implement over the next 84 days. Typically this is three to seven key actions for improvement (we call these the PAVERS). We help you generate tailored strategies, drive measurable improvements, and establish sustainable growth. The 84-day cycle involves regular weekly and monthly meetings to ensure accountability, progress tracking, and continuous optimisation for implementing the identified PAVERS.

  • I have been affiliated with Connor for just over two decades and have been able to see how he operates over an extended period.  Connor brings stability and is one of the most consistent people I have seen in a professional environment.  He also brings warmth, compassion and caring for others which I find inspiring and sometimes lacking in those in a leadership role.  He was able to grow his company from a four-person team when I first met him into an organisation with offices and staff (150+) throughout Australia, NZ, the UK and the USA, and his ability to mentor people to encourage them to grow as individuals and utilise their innate strengths is something I have grown to admire.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Connor to anyone that is considering utilising him in any leadership capacity.

  • If you are looking for someone with the latest financial and management smarts who also comes with empathy, understanding and a genuine passion to help guide your business upstream, look no further than Connor. Connor knows how to optimise business practice and can help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of today’s market. He’s also an outstanding communicator who operates at the cutting edge of good, sound business practice. Professional business guidance with heart!

  • Connor’s impact on organisational success is undeniable. His leadership style not only improves employee satisfaction and retention but also drives innovation and productivity. Any organisation fortunate enough to have Connor in a leadership or consultant role can expect significant positive transformations in their corporate culture and overall performance.

  • Connor's dedication to the well-being of employees is unmatched. He always shows genuine interest in people’s welfare. When I worked with Connor at OPEC Systems, he was always the heart of the company and it's nearly impossible to replace someone so deeply invested in people. Connor has a genuine dedication to fostering open conversations about mental well-being and is a strong advocate on mental health. Connor's leadership embodied OPEC’s four core values and instilled these values throughout the company, making them central to everything we did.

  • Connor has been a mentor for many years, most importantly during my formative years. He set the structure and pace within the business, allowing us to get into a consistent rhythm of meetings and reporting to enable us to direct the strategy of the business. His accounting qualifications were a necessity, however his management and HR expertise is what set the culture within the organisation - a much more significant achievement.
