I am a Chartered Accountant and experienced business leader, having run my own high-growth SME and been a CEO and CFO for many years. I would love to be able to help you to achieve your business and life goals.

Over the years I have developed these key skills in my various roles and responsibilities—business ethics, strong communication, strategic planning, financial planning and reporting, developing positive organisational culture and employee wellbeing, workplace safety, corporate governance and compliance, and process and business improvement. 

In recent years I have come to appreciate the importance of a balanced lifestyle, focusing on my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing whilst still managing the day-to-day expectations of being a C-suite executive. It was important for me to extend this approach to my colleagues by implementing a number of effective employee wellbeing initiatives.

I have a strong belief in the power of giving back. As a volunteer for Marine Rescue for many years and, more recently for the Making Waves Foundation, I find it both extremely rewarding and a profound learning experience. The ability to work effectively in diverse teams completely outside my day-to-day business activities, I believe, makes me a more empathetic leader.
